Yes. Every sink is thermoformed from a single sheet of non-porous solid surface, with no joints, grout or sealant lines for bacteria to colonise. The material is inert and repairable, and each station is finished as one continuous, coved surface that can be disinfected to standard clinical protocol.

Wipe down with standard hospital-grade disinfectants — the non-porous surface holds no residue and has no seams to trap contamination. Because the bowl, splashback and drainage are moulded as one coved form, there are no 90° traps where biofilm can establish.

Yes. Solid surface is a renewable material — most scuffs and minor damage can be sanded out and the finish restored in place, without replacing the station. It is one reason the surface outlasts stainless steel or ceramic in high-throughput scrub rooms.

Every station is made to measure. Send us the wall dimensions, service positions and mounting height, and we manufacture the run to the millimetre for the exact space — including coved returns into adjacent walls.

From a single Flow station up to continuous ABRA runs of three to six positions. Larger teaching-hospital and day-surgery layouts are built as one seamless, made-to-measure trough rather than joined modules.

Yes. We supply dimensioned drawings and specifications for your project file, so architects and M&E engineers can coordinate services before manufacture.

All three. We integrate sensor-activated faucets, knee-operated mixers and elbow levers directly into the surface, so a clinician completes the full surgical scrub without touching a tap.

Yes. Sensor-activated soap and disinfectant dispensers are recessed into the surface and specified to match, keeping every contact point hands-free and the surface flush and wipe-clean.

Lead time depends on the series, the number of stations and finishing. As a guide, made-to-measure runs are typically manufactured within a few weeks of a signed specification; we confirm a firm date once dimensions and controls are agreed.

Both. Flow and DB stations mount to wall or floor; the WDO series is wall-hung to leave the floor clear for code-compliant cleaning underneath. We confirm the mounting method against your wall build-up and service positions.
